How it works

Ever wished someone would hand you
the manual for your business?
Yours takes four weeks to write.

What to fix, in what order, and what each one is worth. Four weeks from the day we have your access.

It’s yours. Use it however you like.

  • Do it yourself

Every step in order, with what it’s worth

  • Brief freelancers

Clear steps anyone can quote on

  • Hire in-house

The roles and hours the plan needs

  • Hand it to us

Only if we’re the right people for it

Before anything else

You have paid for this before and got a slide deck

Somebody audited your account, told you the creative needed work and the funnel needed fixing, and quoted you for the fixing. Twelve months later the number had not moved and you were the one who noticed.

The difference is not that we try harder. It is that we start somewhere else. Most audits begin at the ad account, because that is the thing the person doing the audit sells. We start at whether your business can afford the customers it is trying to buy, and quite often that is where it ends, because the ads were never the problem.

“You are the first one to have done some homework on it and recognised the real issue and you absolutely nailed it!”

Why we do not start with your ads

Why we do not start with your ads

Two in three founders who ran our diagnostic did not have a marketing problem. Better ads for a business that cannot afford its customers just make the problem more expensive.

What most audits do

Your ad account

A quote for fixing it

What we do

1. Your business can it afford a customer

holds

2. The site does it convert what you buy

holds

3. The ads only now

If one does not hold, we stop there and tell you. Usually cheaper than the next campaign.
  1. 1. Can your business afford a customer?

Your offer, your margins after every real cost, and what your business actually has to earn to cover itself and pay you. If a customer is worth $55 and traffic costs $400, no campaign fixes that.

  2. 2. Does the site convert the traffic you already pay for?

Speed, friction, trust, checkout. Not whether it looks nice. A site that leaks is a tax on every campaign you will ever run.

  3. 3. Can we buy attention at a price that works?

Only now. The right message, to the right person, at a cost your business can carry, measured properly.

What the four weeks look like

What happens in the four weeks

If you have no sales data yet we go and buy some, and the test budget is agreed and capped before anything goes live. If you already have data we audit what is there and run one targeted test instead.

  1. Mareike, Founder and CEO at Sales Savvy Online

    Week 1 · Mareike

We go through your numbers, not your ads

Cost of goods, shipping, returns, what you pay yourself. We build the picture of what your business has to earn.

  2. Thomas, Paid Media Lead at Sales Savvy Online

    Week 2 · Thomas

Campaigns go live to buy data

Real money, real traffic, full tracking. This week is not meant to be profitable. We tell you that now rather than in week three.

  3. Geneva, Campaign Management at Sales Savvy Online

    Week 3 · Geneva

We test against what week two told us

Angles, audiences, offers. We follow what moves and kill what does not, fast.

  4. Holly, Client Account Manager at Sales Savvy Online

    Week 4 · Holly

You get the answer, and we sit with you while you read it

Ninety minutes. Every number, where it came from, and the recommendation in writing.

One store, start to finish

He thought his ads were broken

He was paying $400 to win a customer worth $55. No ad fixes that. So we fixed the offer first, then the ads.

January 2026

Every sale lost money

What a customer was worth
$55
What one cost to buy
$400

August 2026

Every sale made money

What a customer was worth
$115
What one cost to buy
$52

It took about seven months and $20,000 to get there. We would rather you hear that now than in month four.

After week four

Three ways the four weeks can end

Roughly six in ten end without an offer from us. Every one ends with the plan in your hands.

  • Go ahead

We make you an offer to do the work, on one of the two routes below.

  • Not yet

A fix list, in order. Do it yourself or with anyone, and come back when it is done.

  • Not with us

No offer. You keep the plan, and we tell you exactly why.

If we go ahead, there are two ways to work together

Launch

If the economics need building or repairing

We work on the offer, the margins, the site, the campaigns and repeat purchase, in the order the Sprint said. If the plan needs the website rebuilt, that is included and costed in the plan rather than sold to you separately.

What it costs

Twelve months. 30% of agreed eligible product gross profit, against a $1,500 plus GST monthly minimum. You pay the greater of the two, never both.

You need the work to afford the work.

For selected businesses we fund an agreed part of the early work. What we put in, what you pay and how we recover it is written down before you commit. No equity.

Accelerate

If the economics already work and you need capacity

Campaigns, creative, site improvements and customer follow-up, all pointed at the same commercial goal. Senior direction plus the specialists the plan needs, shared across accounts rather than carried by you as headcount.

What it costs

Twelve-month initial agreement, invoiced monthly in advance. Scoped to the work, agreed in writing before it starts.

Every route starts with a Sprint.

Not for a referral, not for a bigger budget, not because you are in a hurry. We do not take on work we have not measured.

Whatever the verdict

What is in your hands at the end

Use it with us, with someone else, or on your own. It is not licensed to us.

  • What is working, what is broken, and what each broken thing costs you
  • Where you sit against the five things we score every store on
  • The first ninety days, in order, with the reasoning attached
  • Every number behind every recommendation, not a summary
  • The recommendation itself, written down

“A strong negative response is almost as good as a strong positive. As you said it means we do not put any time or effort going to the show next year.”

A client of four years, on work that concluded: do not do this

The money, and the no

What it costs, and what happens if the answer is no

“Thank you for your time last week. Breaking all of the elements down has been incredibly helpful in identifying a potential path forward.”

A prospect who did not become a client
$4000 + GST
Paid upfront, four weeks from the day we have your access. Test advertising on a new business is additional and capped before it starts. There is no refund if you do not like what we find. You are paying for the finding, not for good news.
If we go on together
The full $4000 is credited across invoices 11 and 12 of an initial twelve months, $2,000 each. It does not reduce the first ten and it does not make the Sprint free upfront.
If we do not
Roughly six in ten completed Sprints are not followed by an offer from us. Nothing further is owed and you keep all of it. September 2026 record, not all enquiries and not a promised future rate.

Ready to start? Tell us about your store and we will come back with which of the two we would run, what we would need from you, and the first week we could begin.

Start a Sprint

One more thing

Not ready to spend $4000 to find out?

Then start with the free one. The Growth Bottleneck asks a short set of questions and tells you where your business is most likely stuck. On screen, no call attached. If it says what you already suspect, you know what the next step is.
