Established Australian pet eCommerce brand and category leader in automatic litter boxes. A loyal customer base, a product that genuinely delivers, and five years as an SSO client. Growth had plateaued and paid acquisition had been left running near-idle.
The instinct was to spend more. Bigger budgets, more ads, push harder on the one hero product carrying the store.
The engine was efficient but lopsided. Paid had drifted down, the business leaned on a single hero product, repeat purchase wasn't being engineered, and real organic demand was being left on the table.

Revenue nearly tripled (+189%) over the partnership versus the prior period of equal length, with orders up nearly four-fold (+279%). Return on ad spend roughly doubled to a blended 11×+. It added up to a record month: total revenue up 48% month-on-month, hero-product units up 70%, traffic up 39%. Consumables now drive around 30% of revenue, with 41% of buyers adding extras to their order, and organic search has become the number-one purchase channel, proof the brand isn't ad-dependent.

Premium confidence-eyewear brand (statement frames, prescription and reading glasses) for Australian women aged 40 to 65. Strong margins, a clear point of view, and a founder who had been driving sales personally.
Nothing was broken. They simply hadn't yet built systematic paid acquisition or a lifecycle email program, and wanted to grow beyond founder-led sales without giving up margin.
Prove the creative before scaling spend. Switch on retention so revenue wasn't entirely paid-dependent. Then scale the highest-margin product deliberately, not recklessly.

Handmade, founder-led soy-candle and home-fragrance brand built around a hero jumbo candle. A genuine maker with a great product and a brand almost nobody had heard of yet.
