Do I have to start with the Validation Sprint?
Not always, but we recommend it. The sprint proves whether your product can acquire customers profitably before you commit to 12 months. If you already have strong data, clean attribution, and clear traction, we can discuss entering a Growth Program directly. You'll just need to show the numbers on the call.
What if it's not working three months in?
First, we don't wait three months to find out. You'll know inside month one because the dashboard is live. Second, we don't promise specific ROAS outcomes. We promise rigour, transparency, and a senior team. If the model isn't hitting the published ROAS ramp, we sit down, diagnose what's off, and adjust. That's the job.
Can I cancel? Can I pause?
Launch and Accelerate are 12-month minimum terms. Dominate runs on a 6-month minimum. Terms exist because growth compounds. If life throws a genuine curveball, talk to us. We're humans. We'd rather pause and restart than force work on someone who's not ready.
Can I switch tiers mid-contract?
Yes. Up or down. If the data supports moving up, we'll recommend it. If your business hit a rough patch and Launch-level intensity makes more sense, we can have that conversation too. We'll never push you into a more expensive plan unless the numbers justify it.
What happens at the end of the 12-month term?
We review everything: what worked, what didn't, what's next. Most clients continue because growth compounds and the team already knows the brand inside out. Some graduate to a smaller retainer. Some take what they've built in-house. All three are fine by us.
How much ad spend do I need on top of the program fee?
Ad spend is separate from the program fee. For the Validation Sprint, we recommend up to $5,000 in ad spend across the 4 weeks. For Growth Programs, ad spend varies by stage and margin: Launch brands typically start at $5K–$10K/month, Accelerate scales $15K–$40K/month, Dominate runs $40K+. We never scale spend if the numbers don't work.
