Most businesses sit on a pot of gold, and they don’t even know it. Do you have a CRM or a database? Are there contacts that you haven’t been in touch with for more than six months? If that’s the case, I suggest reaching out to these people asap. Yep, that’s a big one! Often businesses create a strategy and treat it as a set and forget item.
